Our web site does not capture or store any personal information about individuals who access it except where you voluntarily choose to give us your details, for example:

- When you complete an online enquiry form on our web site

If you place an order for goods or services on our web site we will collect your name and contact details including your address (es), email address and contact telephone number(s) plus any additional information clearly indicated at the time of ordering/booking.
We do not store credit card or payment details on our web site
If you become a customer
If you become a customer then we will be required to collect additional information from you, to include name, full contact details (address(es), telephone number(s), email address) and payment information.
- What we do with your personal information?
Your personal information volunteered when making an online enquiry will be used solely for the purposes of replying to your enquiry.
Your personal information volunteered when you place an order for goods or services on our web site will be used for the following:
- To process your order. When placing an order for gift vouchers or tickets on our website you are redirected to the Beyonk website where your information is gathered. Beyonk has their own privacy policy (www.beyonk.com).
- To arrange delivery, and for other delivery related services (such as to contact you by telephone, email or SMS to arrange, upgrade, confirm or re-arrange your delivery)
- To arrange your trip / visit and to enable us to contact you should any changes need to be made to your trip / visit for any reason
- For ongoing customer service
- For marketing
- To ask you if you wish to participate in reviews and market research
- For billing and accounting purposes. We use Stripe to manage our online payments.
Stripe are fully PCI Level 1 compliant; Stripe have their own privacy policy (www.stripe.com).
- For statistical analysis and to allow us to improve our products and services
Personal information will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary to complete your order, for example to communicate with payment providers and delivery services, or unless this is indicated on the web page and / or relevant form at the point of collecting information from you.
If you are a customer
If you are a customer we will use your personal information to assist in the supply of the requested goods or services, for billing and accounting purposes, to administer our services and for internal operations, and to notify you about changes to our services.
In addition you agree that we may share your personal information as follows:
- With our suppliers and sub-contractors (including payment processors) where required to do so for the execution of any contract we enter into with them in order to provide the requested goods or services.

- Data retention
We will not store your personal information for any longer than is necessary or dictated by law.
We are required by HMRC to retain sufficient information for accounting purposes for a period of seven years. Griffith Williams and Co. of Pwllhelli are sub-contracted to handle the accounts as chartered accountants for King Arthur's Labyrinth. They may request payment receipts to comply with regulations/law set out by HMRC.
Information pertaining to leads and enquiries, not leading to any contract for supply of goods or services, will be deleted after a period of one year.
